Quality Control Analysis Using Flowchart, Check Sheet, P-Chart, Pareto Diagram and Fishbone Diagram

SP Aluminum is engaged in the manufacturing industry by producing cooking utensils. In its application, has tried to produce quality products satisfy consumers. However, there are still defects that appear products. Another problem product have not been handled seriously company. Based on these problems, this study utilizes 5 control methods from seven tools: flowchart, check sheets, p-chart, Pareto diagram, and fishbone diagrams. This research a quantitative qualitative with direct data collection through observation interviews. The taken defect Super Wok Number 12. There 49 processed. From results of sheet analysis, it was found intensity category occurrence obtained. Furthermore, chart analysis show some out control. Then, diagram most dominant types holes, dregs, pores. Finally, factors absence written SOPs, less thorough competent employees, poor working environment, lack machine maintenance, handling raw materials inappropriate material processes were common causes defects.
